With over two year of expertise in the web and data solutions industry, our mission is to provide dependable online web and data solutions via secure infrastructure, enabling technologies, and professional support in order to create a good, memorable client experience in the cloud environment. Currently, we serve over 30 customers worldwide.

When you purchase a product or service from us, we gather and keep your personal information. We collect information about you when you use our website to fill out registration or signup forms, or when you contact us through phone, email, web chat, or other methods regarding any of our products or services, or when you purchase any such product or service.

We may collect your name, your company’s name, your email address, your phone number, your address, your national identity number, and your PIN. Additionally, we may record information about your visits to our websites, such as traffic data, location data, web logs, IP address, browser type and version, and the pages you see. Additionally, we keep records of your letters and queries whenever you contact us, including your telephone chats with us (which we may monitor or record).

We keep data collected by our infrastructure in a variety of locations, including system log files and databases. We do not collect or store credit card information from customers.

If you provide us with personal information on behalf of a third party (for example, when registering a domain name on someone else’s behalf), you warrant that you have got the express approval of that third party for the disclosure and use of their personal information.

This privacy statement does not address how our Users may use or disclose data collected through our services. As a customer, you may utilize our services to host, send, or process data on our hosting platforms, which may include your customers’ personal information. You are solely responsible for any applicable legal requirements relating to your own material, as well as content gathered and stored on our hosting platforms on behalf of your customers. Additionally, you are responsible for the security of your customers’ data that you or your customers upload to our systems, as well as for ensuring that such data is accessed securely.

Our relationship is solely with you; there is no agreement between us and your customers, and you are solely responsible for any applicable legal requirements relating to your customers’ data stored on our hosting platforms.

We use information about you to process product and service orders placed with us, to provide you with the products and services, to comply with our contractual obligations to you, to identify you and any accounts you may have with us, to enable us to review, develop, and improve our websites and services, to provide customer care, including responding to your requests if you contact us with a query, to administer accounts, process payments, and to keep a record of your transactions with us.

We may monitor and record telephone conversations for quality control, employee training, and our own protection.

We preserve personal information about you in order to deliver services to you and to comply with our legal duties, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We shall retain your personal data for the duration of your relationship with NdovuCloud Technologies Limited. We will retain your data for the minimum amount of time necessary to comply with applicable regulations.

We may retain your data after you cancel your account for up to seven (7) years. We may be unable to remove your data prior to this time period owing to legal and/or accounting requirements. Additionally, we may retain it for research or statistical purposes. We promise you that your personal data will be used solely for the indicated objectives.

All users granted access to your account by you have the ability to read personal information contained in the account. A primary account holder has access to personal information stored in sub accounts to which they have been granted permission.

The following is a list of all the ways in which we may use your personal data and the third parties with whom we share it. To facilitate navigation, we’ve categorized them according to the various products and services we offer:

a) During the Course of Providing Our Products and Services

We use your data to administer, bill, support, and provide services.

b) Involved Third Parties

To be clear, we do not and will never sell your personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising reasons.

We collaborate with a variety of third parties (including business partners, service providers, and fraud prevention services) and may obtain information about you from them. These third parties may gather data about you, such as your IP address, device-specific information, server logs, device event data, and location data. c) Judicial Process

We will store your data for legal and accounting purposes, but please contact us if you believe we are retaining or utilizing your personal data incorrectly. Through NdovuCloud’s Workspace or Client Area, you can see, modify, or remove your personal data.

You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate personal information we hold about you and complete any incomplete data. Please describe in detail why you feel the personal information we possess about you is erroneous or incomplete so that we can determine whether a correction is necessary and make any necessary adjustments.

You have the right to obtain a subset of the personal information you provide us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format if we process it in accordance with the legal bases set forth in our contract with you or with your consent, as well as the right to request that we transfer such personal information to another party. If you would want us to transfer your personal information to another party, please specify the party and keep in mind that we can only do so when it is technically practicable. We are not responsible for the security of your personal information or how it is processed by a third party once it is obtained.

You can modify your marketing selections at any moment through the NdovuCloud Client Area.

You have the right to ask that your personal data not be processed for marketing purposes. If you wish to opt-out of receiving marketing emails from us regarding our products and services, you may do so by checking the appropriate boxes on the pages during sign-up or in NdovuCloud’s Client Area

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect personal information from minors under the age of 18 without their consent. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her kid has disclosed personal information to us without their consent, he or she should notify us. If we learn that a minor under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, we will erase it from our records.

You must maintain the accuracy of your information and keep all of your details up to current at all times, including but not limited to your name, address, title, phone number, e-mail address, and payment information. This must be accomplished by amending your personal information in NdovuCloud’s Workspace or Client Area.
