We may retain your data after you cancel your account for up to seven (7) years. We may be unable to remove your data prior to this time period owing to legal and/or accounting requirements. All users granted access to your account by you have the ability to read personal information contained in the account. A primary account holder has access to personal information stored in sub accounts to which they have been granted permission.

Please describe in detail why you feel the personal information we possess about you is erroneous or incomplete so that we can determine whether a correction is necessary and make any necessary adjustments.
You have the right to obtain a subset of the personal information you provide us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format if we process it in accordance with the legal bases set forth in our contract with you or with your consent, as well as the right to request that we transfer such personal information to another party. If you would want us to transfer your personal information to another party, please specify the party and keep in mind that we can only do so when it is technically practicable. You have the right to ask that your personal data not be processed for marketing purposes. If you wish to opt-out of receiving marketing emails from us regarding our products and services, you may do so by checking the appropriate boxes on the pages during sign-up or in NdovuCloud’s Client Area
Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect personal information from minors under the age of 18 without their consent. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her kid has disclosed personal information to us without their consent, he or she should notify us. If we learn that a minor under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, we will erase it from our records.
You must maintain the accuracy of your information and keep all of your details up to current at all times, including but not limited to your name, address, title, phone number, e-mail address, and payment information. This must be accomplished by amending your personal information in NdovuCloud’s Workspace or Client Area.
